Press Statement from Libya
Libya would like to express ist sadness towards the assassination attempt and believes that it is the direct result of the US interests in the Middle East.
French Press Statement:
The Republic of France and the EU are not prepared to pursue any form of military action against Iran at this stage. I would like to make it very clear that should ay state invade Iran in the near future, France will have no part as it would result in another Iraq. France cannot ethically become military involved as we believe that diplomatic means should continue being pursued prior to any talk of military action Sanctions needed to continue happening as consequential events to Iran not complying with the IAEA and the UN Security Council France would like to see Germany, Russia USA, UK China and with the support of the High Representative of the EU, to pressure Iran into being more transparent about its nuclear programme. Furthermore France believes that the aggressive language which the US president used in his press statement is counterproductive to the goals which the GA is trying to achieve.
